Miami, Florida – May 10, 2023 – DoorLoop, the all-in-one property management software automating everything from listing units to accounting, today announced that it will offer scholarship opportunities for students in STEM, first-generation students in STEM, and students studying in the field of real estate. Current undergraduate and graduate students have the opportunity to apply for $3,000 in scholarship funds for the Fall 2023 semester, to further empower the next class of tech and real estate professionals.

“At DoorLoop, we are always focused on hiring the next generation of tech and real estate rockstars,” said Ori Tamuz, CEO and co-founder of DoorLoop. “We understand as a company that college tuition can be an expensive burden for many students, especially first-generation scholars. Our goal is to focus on people first and lead with innovation––which begins in the classroom. We are proud to help those looking for assistance while pursuing higher education.”

DoorLoop’s core mission is to make life easier for property owners by providing services to automate mundane or redundant tasks. In the same fashion, offering scholarships to help alleviate the financial stressors of today’s college students is now a secondary goal of DoorLoop. As a company focused on hiring the best talent, DoorLoop’s objective is to assist those in pursuit of a career path focused in real estate or STEM.

“As a first-generation college student, I am delighted to see DoorLoop supporting the next group of real estate and tech professionals,” said Itay Gardi, CTO and co-founder of DoorLoop. “Many first-generation college students know the weight of taking out loans to pay for school, so scholarships opportunities are extremely important in order for them to pursue their goals and career aspirations. I can’t wait to see this program flourish.”

Those eligible for the scholarships must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in the United States, must be 18 or older at the time of submission, and in good academic standing with their institution. Each scholarship has individual requirements focused in either STEM or real estate. Students have the opportunity to apply for a DoorLoop scholarship by either submitting a written essay (750-1000 words) or video essay (4-5 minutes).
