You can print a check from DoorLoop or send the payment directly from your bank. You can sync your bank directly with DoorLoop in order to reconcile all transactions.

Can I assign and track tasks for owners to complete?

Absolutely. All you have to do is navigate to "People," then "Owners." Select the owner you're looking for, then select "Tasks," followed by "New Task." Complete all of the fields and save. The task will be assigned to the owner and you'll be able to check on whether it's in progress or completed.
