Can I invite other owners and investors to use the software? What about accountants?

Absolutely. You can invite any stakeholder or vendor to your DoorLoop account. You can also customize any user's access roles in order to make sure they can only see the information you want or need them to see.

Can I use the software to pay maintenance companies?

Yes. You can pay your vendors using DoorLoop and track those expenses for reporting purposes. You can even print checks directly through DoorLoop in order to pay them.

Can I track when rent payments are due or overdue?

Yes. You have a custom dashboard with widgets that show you your tenants' upcoming and overdue rent payments. You can also send out automated reminders to tenants about upcoming and past due payments.
