What happens if my referral has already been referred?

Every referral must be a brand new person or company that has never signed up to DoorLoop before. If you refer someone but they were already referred by someone else, the commission goes to the first person who referred them.

How does the custom tracking link work?

When someone clicks on your custom tracking link, they will be taken to DoorLoop’s website where they can sign up. You can track signups from your referral portal and dashboard, but for privacy you will not see names or email addresses. Once the person becomes an active paying member, DoorLoop will contact you by email to request your W9 form and payment method.

How can I promote my custom link?

You can share DoorLoop on blogs, forums, social media, your website, videos, email campaigns, and more. DoorLoop asks that you make it obvious you do not work for DoorLoop and that you do not spam blogs, articles, groups, or mass message people. DoorLoop reserves the right to end the referral program for spamming or damaging the brand.

When and how do I get paid?

Once someone who signed up using your referral link has been an active user for 90 days, you receive a $250 Amazon gift card if the referral was made after June 9th, 2025. Payments are made on the 1st of the month following eligibility.

They get 10% off their first year (or they can choose another promotion being run at that time, but not both).

DoorLoop asks that you do not run paid search engine or social media ads (such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) because it would compete with DoorLoop’s own ads and could cause customer confusion.
