Property Management Communication Tools
Reach your tenants by phone, email, or text so that they always know what's going on.
What are property management communication tools?
When you manage multiple tenants and properties, you should be able to quickly send mass announcements to everyone. With the right property management communication tools, you can quickly send a mass email, text, phone call, or message in their tenant portal to all or some of your tenants.
For example, if an elevator is broken, it's good practice to let everyone affected know. Or you may wish to send holiday announcements about your limited hours of operation. Or maybe offer an incentive if they refer a friend to rent one of your vacant units. The possibilities are endless!
One platform, any format
Send mass announcements that tenants will see by choosing between email, phone, text, or your tenant portal.
Nurture your tenants' engagement with your property through email campaigns updating them with all the latest events, offers, and announcements.
Property management communication tool benefits
Make sure tenants are always up-to-date with important updates, special offers, and ongoing projects through mass announcements. By choosing between email, text, a phone call, or your tenant portal, you'll be able to reach your tenants on their most-used devices so there are never gaps in communication.
Set expiration dates on messages posted to your tenant portal so your announcements are always relevant.
Save a record of all announcements. See when tenants viewed the email or rent reminder so they can't say, "I never got it."
Why use property management communication tools?
"Mass announcements have simplified communications and kept our tenants up to date on important matters, like maintenance in common spaces, holiday office hours, and even fun things, like resident socials. It's been an amazing tool."
