Why are you free until 2022?

Training and support is 100% completely free.

As an early access member, all you pay is a small one-time onboarding fee that helps cover our costs for the initial setup. You will be grandfathered in and receive free upgrades, a dedicated account manager and unlimited free support.

After January 01, 2022, you can select between any of our plans that start as low as $49 for your first 20 units.

What will be the price after 2022?

After January 01, 2022, the prices will be very low competitive rates as low as $49 for your first 20 units.

These low introductory prices are only if you sign up and start using the software today as this promotion is ending soon. We are also waiving all support fees that would normally cost thousands of dollars.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

Absolutely not! All you need is your email address.

After your 7 day free trial, while you will be asked to provide a credit card to continue using DoorLoop for free, your card will not be charged until January 01, 2022.

We will send an email reminder at least 1 week before if you want to keep using DoorLoop.

Are there any contracts?

We believe you should have the freedom to use any software you like without being tied down by corporate contracts. With DoorLoop, you are free to cancel your account at any time or export your data and use another software.

Why is your price so low?

We are a privately owned company that is able to keep a low overhead and pass those savings onto you. By comparison, many of our competitors are publicly traded and need to charge high fees to please their shareholders.

Who pays for online payments, screening & renter insurance?

There are 3 premium services you can offer your tenants at no cost to you.

Tenant Screening & Background Checks (powered by TransUnion) - The cost to your prospective tenants is only $39.99 and includes a US national criminal background check, eviction history, and credit report. You can also markup the cost and keep any profits.

Credit Card & ACH Payments (powered by Payrix) - DoorLoop’s RapidRent program automates your rent collection and gets you paid faster. Depending on the credit or debit card they use, your tenants pay a 2.95% service fee on average. When paying from their bank account using ACH (eCheck), they only pay $1-$2 depending on the amount. Before your tenants make any payments, they will see the service fee so it's transparent for everyone.

Renters Insurance (powered by Sure) - Your tenants will have the option of uploading proof of renter’s insurance (if you require it) or purchasing it from their Tenant Portal in DoorLoop. Rates start as low as $10/month based on the property and location.

Can I migrate my data to DoorLoop?

Yes. If you’re reading this, you have a chance to be an early-access member and migrate your data for free.

If you’re using another software or even a spreadsheet, our migration team will help migrate your current properties, units, tenants, owners, leases, and vendors into DoorLoop.

Is my data backed up and protected?

Yes, sleep well knowing your data is automatically backed to numerous servers. If you wish, you can export and save a physical copy of your data to your computer.

DoorLoop is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS), the leader in data security.

Can I block parts of the software from my team?

With user access roles, you can allow or block access to certain parts of the software from any user.

For example, you could allow someone to add new tenants but not delete tenants. Or, you could completely block access to all financials, accounting and reports.

How often do you add new features and make updates?

You can expect updates at least monthly. The best part is, they’re done automatically for you - there’s no need to download or install anything.
