There's not a time that I reach out to DoorLoop support that they can't answer a question or provide guidance to me. My name is Risa Bourgeois. The type properties that we manage are multifamily homes, and they're located here in Georgia as well as Louisiana. Our first property we acquired in New Orleans, which is 48 units, and the second is here in Macon, Georgia, which is 28, so a total of 76. My husband and I decided to become property owners. One, we saw it as a means for one income for our family, as well as just generational income for our kids. Right after Hurricane Katrina, we seized an opportunity to purchase a property down in Louisiana. We're able to get it at a great price and rehabbed it. I actually did some research online myself, just started googling different rent management companies online, and DoorLoop was obviously one of them.

Prior to DoorLoop, we were managing a lot of the business basically by way of spreadsheets, Excel spreadsheets, back and forth to our bookkeeper, property managers basically retained tenant information on a spreadsheet. The main feature that I like about DoorLoop is the online support. I love the tutorials that if I do get stuck without having to reach out to IT support, I can just go online, figure out how to do something. The dashboard feature where it summarizes everything you want to know about each of your properties. I mean, I can go on and on about the features. I mean, it's truly a great system for us. We have consistency and standardization between our two properties. We're no longer using spreadsheets. Everything is in one place. I wouldn't have it any other way.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
