The Role

We are looking for a full-time, experienced VP of Growth to successfully oversee growth-driven multi-channel campaigns, focusing on both segment and industry strategies. This role needs to be in our Miami headquarters, and we can help you relocate if needed.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that supports our business objectives and maximizes our market potential.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that expand our client base and increase our revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with CRO and VP of Sales to ensure that the sales team delivers on revenue targets and exceeds client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and product enhancements that increase client engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and optimizations of a comprehensive marketing funnel, including outbound and top-of-funnel campaigns, retargeting, and bottom-of-funnel campaigns.
  • Create and leverage a lead scoring system to drive leads' progress through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies across platforms, including social media, trade shows and industry events, and more.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players, partners, and customers to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to support growth targets and ensure financial sustainability.
About You

The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, which will enable them to assume a strategic role overseeing funnel development and implementation. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:

  • Extremely data-driven and highly competent at both creating data reports and monitoring data in order to measure success and inform decisions.
  • Highly strategic and able to both create and execute department- and company-wide growth strategies.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to both give and receive constructive criticism as needed.
  • Resourceful and knowledgeable about technological solutions to automate processes, optimize outcomes, and reduce human error.
  • Adaptable and adept at working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Qualifications

Although you won't be the one necessarily creating every campaign (like on Google Ads), we would like you to have experience in these areas so you can better delegate and manage these projects.

  • Minimum 10 years of B2B marketing experience specializing in multi-channel campaign execution and pipeline growth.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Minimum 5 years experience building and executing lead scoring systems with measurable success.
  • Expert in the user acquisition funnel process and the mathematical equations behind CPC, CPA, ACV, LTV, and ROAS
  • Expert in creating & managing campaigns across major advertising platforms, including Google, Microsoft, Meta, YouTube, and others.
  • Proficient with Google Search Console
  • Minimum 5 years of experience building, monitoring, and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, and AB testing
  • Understands HTML and CSS and can make easy adjustments themselves
  • Proficient in utilizing Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Lighthouse, GTmetrix, Pingdom Tools, and Web.dev to diagnose & fix on-page issues
  • Proficient in SEO - content marketing, link building, guest posting, technical website optimizations for Google Core Web Vitals, etc…
  • Proficient in copywriting, writing enticing marketing copy, and able to translate features to benefits
  • Experience working in SaaS companies
  • Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Tech-savvy and great with computers
Bonus Points
  • Experience in PropTech B2B SaaS is a major plus.
  • Any experience in real estate, property management, and/or property investment.
  • Knowledge of additional coding languages is a plus but not necessary.
  • Experience with SalesForce, Intercom, Outreach, AirCall
  • Experience with MailChimp, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or other email marketing platforms
  • Experience with Segment
  • Experience with Instapage, VWO, Insightly, or Google Optimize for AB testing
  • Experience with Clearbit, Hotjar, Fullstory
  • Experience with SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
  • Experience with Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, PostHog, or other similar platforms for cohort analysis and funnel optimization
  • Experience with Webflow
  • Has been through series A, B, C, D, or E rounds or has been through an IPO.
