Video Content Creator

We are looking for a full-time, in-office video content creator, producer, and editor who is 100% comfortable being the on-screen talent. You will be recording yourself on camera for all of the following videos:

• Repurpose DoorLoop’s existing content (blogs, checklists, templates, and other resources) into branded YouTube videos where you are recording yourself.
• Research trending topics in the real estate investment, landlord, and property management industry to produce original videos featuring these topics.
• Oversee and execute the video production process from beginning to end for both repurposed and original content: research, concepts, scripting, filming, editing/post-production, scheduling, posting, and promoting.
• Keep audiences entertained, engaged, and informed as the on-screen talent and video producer for hundreds of videos about the real estate industry.

• Minimum 2+ years of video production and editing experience.

• Must be able to legally work in the US in our office in South Beach

• You can relocate from another City, State, or Country if needed.
• Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.

• Any previous experience posting professional-quality videos on multiple social media platforms.
• Any experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
• Any previous experience with video editing or content creation for a B2B SaaS company.
• Any experience as on-camera talent.
• Speaking and writing in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.
