The Role

We're looking for an experienced Vice President of Sales (VP of Sales) with SaaS experience to own sales operations, strategy, and revenue.

As VP of Sales, you will be responsible for training, managing, and mentoring the entire Sales team, from SDRs to Account Executives. You’ll evaluate DoorLoop’s current sales processes to identify opportunities for improvement, then build and drive a data-driven strategy in order to meet and exceed company goals. 

Compensation will be a combination of a base salary and commission based on your teams quota.

Qualifications
  1. At least 5 years of experience as a sales executive or VP of Sales in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  2. Successful history leading high-performing sales teams
  3. Experience with outbound sales strategies and processes: ABM (Account Based Marketing), purchasing contact lists, hiring data scrapers, email campaigns (including AB testing), and more
  4. Experience with inbound sales strategies and processes, scripts, playbooks, and more
Bonus Points
  1. Any experience in real estate SaaS is a big plus
  2. Any experience with driving an upmarket transition is also a major plus
  3. Any experience as a real estate agent, real estate investor, landlord, or property manager
  4. Multiple languages is a plus, but not necessary
