The Role

We are looking for a super talented Head of Data to join our team in Tel-Aviv. If you are excited about what you are about to read, we invite you to apply!

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of relational databases, hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. You will be working closely with the product, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams, to improve conversions, LTV, churn, product A/B tests, and more. You will collect and analyze the data and help answer the toughest issues each team is facing in order to drive insights.

About You

You will identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to drive actionable insights.
You will define and implement KPIs across different teams: product, business, marketing, and customer success.
You will implement product features, measure their performance, and provide recommendations.
Gain a deeper understanding of how customers use our product, and advise us on how to improve.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst.
B.S in one of the following: Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
An ability to understand complex business models and simplify
Experience in product analysis including working with BI events and performing A/B tests.
High level of SQL is a must.
Experience in BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, or similar and performing A/B tests.
Experience in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing
Team player, effective interpersonal skills, and good vibes. Ability to manage relationships with key partners and the ability to work independently.
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Experience in Python is a plus, but not a must.
Experience working with Salesforce is a plus, but not a must.
