The Role

SDRs are responsible for pre-qualifying new prospects and scheduling demos for Account Executives. We do not believe in aggressive sales tricks. Majority of the people you will speak with have found us on their own, are genuinely interested in our product, and are actively looking for a solution to their problem.

  1. With high converting proven landing pages, receive a non-stop flow of high quality marketing qualified leads that either signup for a free trial or schedule a demo.
  2. SDRs are responsible for calling our new prospects as soon as they sign up to a free trial or schedule a demo. The goal is to pre-qualify them and make sure we're the right fit before their next call or demo.
  3. SDRs will also reach out to older leads that have never signed up to see if now is a better time.
  4. When their is downtime, SDRs will prospect to find new customers through calling, email outreach, and social media channels.
  5. Tired of sending emails that bounce? We verify every email beforehand to ensure it’s a real company email.
  6. Wasting too much time sending follow-up emails and learning which emails get the best responses? We automate the entire email process with so you can get more done in less time and send the highest converting emails.
  7. Work with a best-in-class tech stack with tools like SalesForce, Outreach, Aircall, Intercom, Slack, and more.

  1. Must be able to legally work in the US and in our office full-time in South Beach (560 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139). You can relocate from another City, State, or Country if needed.
  2. Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
  3. Types at least 35 word per minute (
  4. Tech-savvy and good with computers
Bonus Points
  1. Any previous experience working in sales, account management, or outbound sales is a plus
  2. Any experience in the real estate or property management industry is a MAJOR plus
  3. Multiple languages is a plus, but not necessary

The pay is a combination of a base salary plus commission. You are expected to make over $50k/year OTE on your first year. If you are able and willing to put in the hard work to become the very best, there is unlimited potential for how much you can earn.

High performing SDRs will be able to grow into an Account Executive role and make over $100,000 annually.
