Creative Art Director & Senior Graphic Design Lead

We are looking for a Creative Art Director & Senior Graphic Design Lead to help with our overall brand, design, and illustrations. You will be the leader graphic & web designer to help design website landing pages, flyers, brochures, print ads, online banner ads, trade show displays, and various graphics (social media, blog posts, etc...) and also manage a small team of designers underneath you to help. We already have a UI/UX designer that you will be working with and leading.

1. 5+ years of graphic design experience
2. Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma (most important)
3. Expert in web design and landing page optimization
4. Knowledge of typography (golden ratio), composition (8pt grid system), and color theory (color mixing, color wheel, complimentary colors), etc...
5. Great online portfolio showcasing your wide variety of work
6. Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)

1. Video Editing - If you know how to edit videos using Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, it’s a plus.
2. Photo/Video - Operating a DSLR camera for photo & video is a plus with knowledge of ISO, Shutter Speed, and Aperture.
3. Copywriting skills - Writing exciting and enticing marketing content. Able to translate features to benefits.
4. SaaS - Any experience working in a SaaS company is a plus.
5. UI - Experience designing user interfaces and doing UI/UX for a SaaS application.
6. Webflow - Knowledgeable in Webflow, able to create new pages or edit existing ones.
