The Role

Our customer success team is looking to bring on a Customer Retention Specialist to work in our Miami office. This role will include:

  • Reaching out to cancellations and finding ways to retain them, or determine the major factors leading to cancellations.
  • Reaching out to dissatisfied customers and determining reasons for their dissatisfaction.
  • Finding ways we can  keep our customers, and keep them happy.
  • Designing and implementing customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business. 
  • Analyzing customer feedback.
  • Negotiating with customers.
  • Compiling reports for management.

  • Experience with Excel, Salesforce. Experience with Postman is a bonus.

Qualifications
  • Experience with customer service.
  • Experienced with Salesforce and Excel.
  • Must be able to legally work in the US and in our office full-time in South Beach (1601 Washington Ave, Suite.200, Miami Beach, FL 33139). You can relocate from another City, State, or Country if needed.
  • Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.
Bonus Points
  • Any previous experience working in a SaaS company doing tech support, help desk, or IT is a major plus.
