The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Director of Content to lead our SEO strategy and content marketing efforts across all channels. Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that incorporates our website, social media, email campaigns, and anything else as needed.
  • Managing a team of content creators, including in-house content writers and freelancers.
  • Creating and overseeing the execution of high-quality, SEO-driven content for a variety of channels, including website, blog, hub, and other marketing materials.
  • Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates using SalesForce, Posthog, and Google Analytics, to adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Continuous keyword research with aHrefs or similar platforms to optimize our content and website to rank higher in the SERPs.
  • Running AB tests to increase conversion rates on the content to drive more resource downloads, MQLs, SQLs, demos, and conversions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience creating and executing SEO-driven content strategies and team-wide goals.
  • At least 3 years of experience with content management systems, such as Webflow or WordPress.
  • Expertise in an SEO-driven tech stack, such as Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Moz, or similar.
  • Experience managing a team of content creators, including freelance writers and designers.
Bonus Points
  • Experience writing or leading teams for B2B SaaS, especially PropTech.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo.
  • Any real estate or property management experience.
  • First-hand experience outsourcing to and managing freelancers on Upwork.
  • First-hand experience with marketing funnel development.
  • SEM or social media ads experience.

You will work directly with and learn from our CMO (David Bitton) and VP of Marketing (Maria Barbera) to come up with original, SEO-driven written content to broaden DoorLoop’s reach. Salary is based on experience.
