The Role

We're looking for an experienced SaaS outbound business development manager that can hire, train, and manage an outbound BDR/SDR team.

Your SDR team will be responsible for finding new leads, calling and emailing leads, and scheduling demos for our Account Executives. DoorLoop will also provide the team with a list of new and existing leads that have downloaded resources on our website, joined a webinar, or any other inbound channels.

Compensation will be a combination of a base salary and commission for the number of qualified meetings booked by your team (or other metrics and KPIs that we will define together).

Qualifications
  1. More than 5 years of experience working in SaaS sales as a BDR/SDR or outbound business development manager
  2. More than 2 years of experience doing outbound cold calling, prospecting, hunting, and outbound emailing to leads
  3. Expert in finding leads and lead scoring.
  4. Expert in developing scripts and outbound playbooks
  5. Expert in ABM (Account Based Marketing), purchasing contact lists, and hiring data scrapers
  6. Expert in using automated dialer systems like Orum and using automated email campaign software like Outreach
Bonus Points
  1. Any experience in real estate SaaS is a big plus
  2. Any experience in real estate or as a realtor, landlord, or property manager, is a plus
  3. Multiple languages is a plus, but not necessary
