DoorLoop Wallet is a financial operating platform built into DoorLoop, powered by Stripe financial services. Property managers can collect rent, hold funds, pay vendors and owners, and reconcile transactions automatically. Funds live inside DoorLoop, payouts settle on T+1, and reconciliation happens natively across the system.
Does DoorLoop Wallet replace my bank?
No. Your money can live inside DoorLoop, and you can still transfer funds out anytime via standard ACH (1 to 2 business days). DoorLoop Wallet gives you faster access to funds and automatic reconciliation, without forcing you to close your existing bank account.
How fast are owner payouts with DoorLoop Wallet?
Owner payouts settle on T+1 on average, compared to T+3 to T+8 days with the typical PMS plus separate bank account setup. Faster access to funds means owners stop chasing you for updates and you stop waiting on funds to clear before paying vendors.
