How do tenant applications work on DoorLoop?

You do not have to pay a fee to collect rent payments from your tenants, with the exception of the one-time application fee to set-up your merchant account.

When your tenants pay via debit or credit card, they pay a 3.25% service fee. When you tenant pays via ACH, they will pay a processing fee, based on which DoorLoop plan you are on:
  - Premium: $0.00
  - Pro: $0.99
  - Starter: $2.49

The merchant account application fee is $49.00 for Starter, $25.00 for Pro and $0 for Premium.

How much does tenant screening cost?

You do not have to pay a fee to collect rent payments from your tenants, with the exception of the one-time application fee to set-up your merchant account.

Tenants can use the tenant portal for different tasks, such as making online payments (via ACH, credit card or debit card), accessing their lease ledgers, submitting maintenance requests, reviewing open requests, as well as purchasing and managing renters insurance.
