We are actively working on translating the software to French. For now, you can login and translate any page as needed using Google Chrome, or the Google Chome translation extension.
DoorLoop integrates and can connect to over 12,000 Canadian and US banks using our Stripe or Plaid bank account integration. Some smaller and local banks may not be available with the integration.
Yes. If you collect rent in both Canadian and US Dollars, DoorLoop will create two separate accounts so all of your payments, financials, accounting, and reports will each be in their respective currency.

It includes a US national criminal background check, eviction history, and credit report. You can also markup the cost and keep any profits.
Credit Card & ACH Payments (powered by Stripe) - Automate your rent collection and get paid faster. The one-time setup fee is only $49 per bank account if you're on the Starter plan, $25 on the Pro, and free on the Premium.
Your tenants pay a 3% service fee for credit card payments or $1.99 for ACH ($1 on the Pro plan and free on the Premium plan). Before your tenants make any payments, they will see the service fee so it's transparent for everyone.
