The Role

We are looking for full-time talent recruiter and hiring specialist that can help with:

  1. Managing all hiring channels to fill our pipeline with highly qualified candidates. This includes online job postings, candidate outreach, social networking, employee referrals, and more.
  2. Overseeing every step of the interview and screening process, including candidate outreach, interviews, assessments, reference checks, background checks, onboarding, and training.
  3. Onboarding new employees with software licenses, computer hardware, training materials, and company benefits.
  4. Collaborating with managers to create KPIs for each role, then assessing candidates' performance for annual promotions and raises based on these KPIs.
  5. Assist with general office administrative work.

  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruiting.
  2. Has a proven method for prospecting and finding new candidates.
  3. Mastered LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator.
  4. Loves doing candidate outreach, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  5. Must be able to legally work in the US and in our office full-time in South Beach (560 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139). You can relocate from another City, State, or Country if needed.
  6. Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
  7. Tech-savvy and great with computers
Bonus Points
  1. Any previous experience recruiting for a SaaS company or tech startup is a plus.
  2. Any experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
  3. Speaking and writing in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.

You will work directly with all of our co-founders to help grow their teams. Salary is based on experience and ranges from $65,000 to $100,000 per year.
