The Role

This is an extremely important role at DoorLoop as you will be working alongside our co-founder and CMO to grow the company. We will be working together to drive more quality targeted traffic to the site, reach more property managers that can use our software, and showcase to the world why we are the number 1 best property management software around. We will be implementing a variety of strategies ranging from:

  1. PPC - Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other directories
  2. Social media advertising - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  3. Retargeting/remarketing - Across all social media channels and Google Ad network (powered by AdRoll)
  4. High quality content marketing - Blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, podcasts, infographics, and more
  5. Downloadable gated resources - Checklists, templates, and questionnaires
  6. Photo and video marketing - Video testimonials, behind-the-scenes, interviews, team videos, product videos, demo and training videos
  7. Trade shows - Conventions, seminars, continuing education, and meetups
  8. Print advertising - Magazines, newspapers, editorials

  2. Proficient with Google Search Console
  3. Proficient with email marketing campaigns
  4. Proficient in landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, and AB testing
  5. Understands HTML and CSS and can make easy adjustments themselves
  6. Proficient in utilizing Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Lighthouse, GTmetrix, Pingdom Tools, and to diagnose & fix on-page issues
  7. Proficient in SEO - content marketing, link building, guest posting, technical website optimizations for Google Core Web Vitals, etc…
  8. Proficient in copywriting, writing enticing marketing copy, and able to translate features to benefits
  9. Understands the user acquisition funnel process and the mathematical equations behind CPC, CPA, ACV, LTV, and ROAS
  10. Experience working in SaaS companies
  11. Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
  12. Tech-savvy and great with computers
Bonus Points
  1. Experience with SalesForce, Intercom, Outreach, AirCall
  2. Experience with MailChimp, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or other email marketing platforms
  3. Experience with Segment
  4. Experience with Instapage, VWO, Insightly, or Google Optimize for AB testing
  5. Experience with Clearbit, Hotjar, Fullstory
  6. Experience with SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
  7. Experience with Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, or other similar platforms for cohort analysis and funnel optimization
  8. Experience with Webflow
Additional Information

You will work directly with our co-founder and CMO. Salary is based on your experience and expertise and ranges from $36k-$100k/year.
