The Role

Account Executives are one of the most important parts of our business. A lot of time, attention, and training will be given to ensure your success.

  1. Account executives are responsible for calling our new prospects as soon as they sign up to a free trial or schedule a demo.
  2. The goal is to show them a demo of our software and see if we’re the right fit for their business.
  3. You will be responsible for ensuring their absolute success with our company, making sure they have a great experience getting set up, onboarded, migrated, and trained.
  4. Once they become an active paying member, we check-in to make sure they’re 100% happy.

Qualifications
  1. Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
  2. Types at least 35 word per minute (test your speed)
  3. Tech-savvy and good with computers
Bonus Points
  1. Any previous experience working in sales, account management, or cold calling is a major plus
  2. Multiple languages is a plus, but not necessary
Additional Information

You will work directly with our co-founder and VP of business development.

The pay is a combination of a base salary plus commission. We expect you to make at least $75k in the first year, with at least a 20% increase the following year.
